The Guo Lab researches the factors behind the accumulation of amyloid-β protein. Our goal is to further our understanding of amyloid-related neurodegenerative diseases.

Through the use of structural biology approaches, we aim to gain insight in the
aggregation properties behind several amyloid neurodegenerative diseases,
such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and prion diseases.

The Guo Lab is affiliated with the UCLA Neurology Department within UCLA Health.
